Skredkurs i Jostedal
Skiing Jostedal

Måling av helningsvinkel med clinometer Western Norway boasts offpisteskiing as good as anywhere in the world.
During the first three months of the year, we ski powdersnow in the midwinter sunglow. In April, May and even June, warm days of topless ascent is crowned with high g-force turns in springs now. We offer untracked mountains where only your own heartbeat is heard, unlike crowded resorts. In never-ending descents of  1500meters+, in both steep or cruising terrain, FimbulJostedal guides will adapt to your level. Vangsen On reaching the peak of Vangsen, you will have a good view of Hurrungane, the most alpine area of Norway. For decades Vangsen has been the unknown ski destination secret for the citizens of Jostedalen…

Lioksli
Lioksli gives us a great view and great skiing. From the top Jostedalsbreen stretches out in the distance  the biggest glacier in Europe. A 1200 m descent waiting for us, down bowls and birch forest. We will do some practical first aid outdoor on the tour.

Buskrednosi
For a good view over Jostedalen, Buskerednosi is our target for the day, and 25 degrees perfect angle skiing is great for telemarkers.

Tverranibba
Superb skiing from the summit of this 1550m high mountain.

Nigardsbreen cross/country + glacierexperience
We start walking from Breheimsenteret and pass overthe moraine from the “little ice age”, over the lake and up to Nigardsbreen. With rope and ski, the ice adventure is waiting!
